Terms of Use

Neem Tree is an internal branch tool for production monitoring, manpower, applications, education, client records, and related operations. It is provided to authorized members of the branch that operates this deployment. Features may differ between the desktop and mobile portals and may change as the branch configures the service.

You may use the portal only if a branch administrator has authorized you, or if you create an account that the branch then admits. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and tell an administrator promptly if you believe your account is compromised. We may suspend or disable an account, including when an administrator blocks access.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Do not share login credentials. Sign-up may be closed when the branch reaches its account limit.

You agree not to:

• Access data, reports, or client records beyond what your role permits
• Upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, or files you are not allowed to process
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or attempt to bypass authentication or access controls
• Use the portal to send unsolicited bulk messages unrelated to authorized branch communications
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute portal data except as needed for your authorized branch work

Client and policy records in the portal are confidential. You may use them only for legitimate branch work and in line with insurer, branch, and privacy rules that apply to you. You must not export or share that information with unauthorized people. The branch remains responsible for the lawfulness of the files it imports and the emails it sends.

Investment, estate, and similar calculators are illustrative only. They are not a forecast, a solicitation, or professional, tax, legal, or investment advice. Advisors remain responsible for any recommendation they make to a client.

The portal software, design, and documentation belong to us or our licensors. Branch names, logos, and uploaded files remain the branch’s or their respective owners’. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the portal for authorized branch work while your account is active.

Sign-in, hosting, storage, and email delivery may rely on third-party providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for outages or changes on those providers’ systems.

We aim to keep the portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. These terms may be updated; the “Last updated” date will change when they are. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

The portal is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Production figures, bonuses, and rankings depend on data the branch supplies and on insurer records; they may lag or differ from official statements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of the portal. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees paid to us for this portal in the three months before the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases the limitation applies to the maximum extent allowed.

You may stop using the portal at any time. A branch administrator may disable your access. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if the deployment is shut down. Provisions that should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) remain in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in the Philippines have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
